About Your Coach

Hi there! I’m Jess, a burnout coach, and I help high-achieving women set the boundaries we need to be consistently successful at work and home.

I have (almost) completed a master’s in business administration (Dec’ 24), have regularly practiced yoga and mindfulness since 2016, and I’ve spent 10 years apprenticing under my mom, who is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Executive Coach.

My earliest memory of burnout was in elementary school. That’s right.

My extroverted mom (hi, mom!) had her introverted daughter (me) enrolled in one too many extra curricular activities. One day, I had enough rushing around and I snapped! I asked her why we had to be in so many activities. I just needed a break.

But I didn’t learn my lesson then. In fact, during college I didn’t go to a single party because I was busy working three jobs in addition to full-time coursework!

And outside of my 9-5’s during my 11 years of corporate life, I have:

  • spent nights and weekends teaching myself (and others!) computer science
  • owned a wedding and event photography business where I shot over 20 events and used the income to pay off undergrad
  • bought a home and undertook several remodeling projects, plus endured 3 basement floods in the span of 24 months
  • completed (and paid for, out-of-pocket) an MBA graduate program


And I’ve read 57+ self-help books.

The Anti Burnout Burnout Coach, LLC was founded in 2024 after I turned 33 and faced a spiritual wake up call I couldn’t ignore. My health was at an all-time low, with a compression fracture in my spine, and SSRIs keeping me from falling apart entirely.

I left corporate out of necessity and have shifted focus away from giving my all as an individual contributor who was helping build a billion dollar corporation, to a woman who supports women.
